Our Client

Our client is a well-established oil & gas services provider supporting upstream and downstream operations in Saudi Arabia. The business is expanding its commercial footprint.

The Role

The Head of Business Development will lead growth strategy, client acquisition, and contract development across key accounts. This role will manage bidding, tendering, and strategic partnerships. A key focus will be strengthening relationships with national oil companies and EPC contractors. The role will also support market entry for new services.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior BD experience within oil & gas services. Strong knowledge of Saudi energy sector dynamics is essential. The ideal profile demonstrates commercial leadership, negotiation strength, and relationship management capability. Arabic is highly advantageous.
