Role Overview:


The Marketing & Advertising Manager will drive the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the organizations goals and vision. This is a senior role with significant responsibilities, including managing large marketing budgets, designing creative campaigns, and leading a talented team to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with the educational sectors unique needs.
  • Align marketing initiatives with the organizations broader vision and goals, particularly those linked to Saudi Arabias Vision 2030.
  • Foster an innovative, performance-driven culture within the marketing team.

Campaign & Budget Oversight:

  • Lead large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of substantial budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage analytics and data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

Event and Exhibition Management:

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic events to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Build relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event effectiveness and visibility.

Digital and Traditional Marketing Excellence:

  • Oversee omnichannel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Integrate innovative marketing approaches to attract and nurture leads effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Insights:

  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives success.
  • Present actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.


What You'll Bring to the Table:

Experience:

  • 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and executing high-profile campaigns.
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, and digital marketing across diverse platforms.

Skills:
